As a Head Waiter at Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa, I deliver exceptional service and quality to the guests of The Dining Room, a one Michelin Star restaurant. I manage the front of house operations, train and supervise the staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. I also have a passion for wine and spirits, and I hold a WSET certification that enables me to provide expert advice and recommendations to the guests.Before joining Whatley Manor, I worked at The Queensberry Hotel and Olive Tree Restaurant, where I progressed from a Senior Waiter to a Head Waiter in less than a year. I was responsible for overseeing the service, handling reservations, and liaising with the kitchen. I also participated in the Gold Service Scholarship in 2024, reaching the quarter finals and demonstrating my dedication and skills in the hospitality industry. My goal is to make a positive impact on the industry and pursue a future leading role. I have a degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Bath College, where I learned the fundamentals of the hospitality business and developed my communication and leadership skills.
