It Operations Analyst
CurrentI work to maintain and manage system infrastructure, run first time fixes, monitor and support high avaliability business critical applications and services. I oversee end-to-end incident management including escalating incidents to the necessary team and reviewing documentation to suggest improvements. I Identify internal and external threats, including an investigation and writing a report on security breaches using a tool called LogRythm. Additionally I manage routine system operations on business-critical core services, including monitoring batch processes and responding to alerts and incidents.
