I started my career at Calnan Engineering as a Junior Sales Admin., but after a few months the role of purchasing officer became available in addition to sales.On the daily it is my role to raise purchase orders, clear invoices, search for new suppliers within the country and abroad, conduct meetings with sales teams, the operation manager, the production manager and suppliers to ensure all requirements have been tended to. It is also my responsibility to forecast future requirements, stay up to date with prices of raw materials and assess issues that may affect our supply chain. My roles also encompasses a lot of logistics management both from suppliers and within the company to our sister company in Cork.

While working within my role at Curran Oil Distribution as the assistant manager it was my duty to assess stock levels of both fuel (liquid, gas and solid) and consumables, purchasing inventory, recording new inventory on the stock controlling system, customer relations and sales. I was also tasked with some of the HR responsibilities within the local department such as coordinating staff scheduling, recruitment and conflict resolution.There are many other tasks and responsibilities within the local department such as facilities, machinery, vehicles and finances that also dealt with on a daily basis during my tenure.

My role within Brett Supplies was warehouse stock clerk. The task was to record stock that came in, organise it, store it in designated locations within the warehouse. Once the store requirement list were received, the task was to collect the stock required and prepare pallets for distribution.

As an operative at Epicom i performs tasks in various sectors of the factory. These include a machine operator controlling the use of large factory machinery. Sorting and packaging was among the tasks i completed while working at Epicom. Other activities include filling, labeling, stacking, moving large volumes of produce and am knowledgeable in the use of a pallet truck.

While working at 121 Fitness i was the group trainer for a multiple of classes such as spinning, TRX, kettle-bells, boot camps and group personal training.

As a fitness instructor, I provide exercise instruction in areas such as keep fit, aerobics and weight training. I'm involved in activities such as putting together exercise routines or showing people how to use machines and equipment. Also essential is to ensure that clients do not injure themselves through exercising too hard or incorrect use of equipment.Also as a fitness instructor i am trained in fire safety and have completed a fire safety course while working at Club Active.
