Being flexible and willing to adapt to different situations is something I strive to constantly improve on. My willingness to adapt is what sets me apart from others in the workplace. Being able to adjust also plays key roles in not just the workplace, but in everyday life as well. I've played basketball almost my entire life. Throughout my many years of playing basketball, I have learned to adapt and play every position. I've adjusted my playing style in order to help my team succeed. This taught me that adjustment plays a role in our lives every day. Life revolves around adaptation.
