My professional journey is quite the winding road, but I can genuinely say each stop along the way has shaped me into the person I am today. I got my start as a financial and operations director at a (quite large) Chick-fil-A in downtown Manhattan. I view my experience there as invaluable as it honed my leadership skills and developed my results-oriented mindset. From there I discovered the joys (and chaos) of education. I had the opportunity to teach students Algebra and Geometry and learn the art of breaking down complex concepts into manageable chunks. This skill proved invaluable when I moved from building lesson plans to writing code, becoming a certified Full Stack Web Developer and QA Engineer; crafting and improving user-friendly software for MobyMax. Now as Owner/Operations Director at Driven Leadership, I have the opportunity to utilize all my facets every day – developer, educator, problem-solver – to build amazing things and keep the magic flowing for our clients at Driven.
