Currently working as a Contracts/Project Manager at Colour and Works Ltd; effectively managing a growing portfolio of maintenance/refurbishment projects in the hospitality and leisure industries. Whole project delivery, bringing designs to life, as well as organisation efficient planned maintenance programmes bespoke to all of our clients. My role involves project and quantity surveying, estimating, purchasing and direct/sub contractor management as well as cost management and client cooperation.
