Oversee day to day operations

Oversee operations for the Mitigation Division - Includes water restoration and dry out services, fire restoration and cleaning, mold remediation, sewage clean up, biohazard and blood clean up, needle clean up, board up and tarp up services, deodorization services, and general cleaning services.Our mitigation technicians are trained to truly "Mitigate". Our philosophy is to mitigate damages by using less invasive methods of restoring structures after a water incident or fire. This includes drying as opposed to removal of water affected materials when possible, cleaning and deodorizing in the instance of fire and smoke, and utilizing creative solutions to minimize cost and time/material waste. We also train our technicians by the IICRC standards of care for our industry which helps mitigate safety hazards and liabilities related to exposure to various contaminates. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and safe work space when called upon to mitigate and restore damaged structures. We understand the needs our clients have in minimizing costs and minimizing time out of their residence or place of business. This is why we have emphasized less invasive restoration/mitigation methods, and quick turn around for our reconstruction!

This was a job I worked during the summers of 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013.Tasks included demo, clean up, light framing, finish carpentry, and paint. I also learned rudimentary project management and estimating skills during this period, including learning the Xactimate estimating software.
