I am joining the Guidance, Navigation, and Control team of TREL at UT.

Worked with the ground navigation team at IM. Helped develop the Orbit Determination Tool for analyses of various space trajectories using GMAT. Generated and analyzed synthetic tracking data using Monte Carlo methods. Researched and documented BDRF models and reflectance properties of lunar stimulants and other samples for use in a TRN camera calibration test.

Worked with the structures team at IM. Primarily focused on bonding fittings onto the test struts and building mock ups of the novaC vehicle. Worked with CAD and with a CNC table. Also assisted in the shop floor frequently, using machines such as a sand blaster, lathe, belt grinder, power tools, and more.

Worked over the summer in the additive manufacturing lab at IM. Created 3D models of various parts and fittings in CAD. Prepared the EOS M290 Alloy printer for prints. Cleaned and maintained both the printer and the dusts used for printing out parts.
