Connor is from Salt Lake and has always been around the commercial real estate business. During his time as an undergraduate at the University of Utah he started at Situs as an assistant to senior agents. However, he quickly moved away from an assistant role to independently working with his own clients.He has successfully guided clients through intricate real estate transactions, providing invaluable insights in response to the ever-changing market landscape. With a deep comprehension of lease negotiations, Connor has assisted numerous landlords and tenant secure lease agreements that align with their unique requirements.Whether assisting landlords with property marketing and tenant acquisition or helping tenants locate their perfect spaces. He leverages negotiation skills, top-tier advertising, and market insights to ensure client satisfaction. Notably, within his first two years of working with his own clients he has been involved in roughly 15 million dollars’ worth of transactions.After graduating in 2023 with a BS in Finance, Connor is motivated to take that knowledge and focus full time on listening to clients’ needs and working hard to achieve their goals. He combines his market knowledge with the expertise of the Situs team to provide tailored solutions.
