In this role, I oversaw all analytical baseball operations, and assisted in developing college athletes through data. I utilized NCAA databases and data collection tools to analyze the Fordham University baseball team, generate scouting reports on opponents, and assist in all player development endeavors. In this role, I gained the skills necessary to discover and analyze data collected by Trackman, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, and SYNERGY Sports Technology.

As a member of the first analytics and player development department in Independent Professional Baseball, I worked closely with the coaching staff to develop and implement analytical player development plans for each pitcher. The implementation phase consisted of working with each pitcher on and off the field daily. Additionally, I used Yakkertech game data to create bi-monthly personalized progress reports for each player on the team. Other responsibilities included assembling scouting reports for each opponent, traveling with the team, and assisting coaches daily.

As the team manager, I attended practice, assisted players and coaches in day-to-day activities, and served as the team's liaison to local newspapers and television stations. In the role of team statistician, I scouted opposing teams, generated scouting reports, and developed statistical summaries of each game.
