This role involves carrying out duties as a postman aswell as managing the customer service desk. This role has allowed me to gain vast levels of experience of how a large organisation operates. The customer service side has given me experience of dealing with different types of customers and dealing with different situations.

Refereeing over 300 football games has given me huge levels of communication and time management skills. This role involved working with players aged from 5 all the way up to adults. It involved communicating with managers and parents on a regular basis and has allowed me to be prepared for all situations.

This one month internship included working on a Museums social media activity. They had a huge anniversary looming so the specifics of the role was finding and preparing posts to go onto their social media in the following year. It was a great learning experience in a different type of organisation.

This included a variety of roles, ranging from communicating with customers, to packaging orders. The Stripes Company are a small business based in Chester who have a strong customer base in a niche market selling products such as deckchairs, furniture and unique fabric.
