• Proactively support issues reported via email, chat, phone, and other client support mediums• Monitor regional and global feedback groups and tasks for Video Conferencing issues and triage accordingly• Dispatch maintenance services for all conference room technical systems and infrastructure• Remotely troubleshoot local issues with customers for their meetings and events and escalate as needed• File service tasks to an assigned task queue to service support requests for maintenance/repair• Monitor operational dashboards for service health and escalate appropriately• Participate in special projects including but not limited to process creation and general documentation• Support VC Ops team as required in user and interdepartmental communication• Provide biweekly communication to upper management around maintenance support requests and trending issues

The key tasks are to set up and establish Audio-visual telepresence systems for clients. Synchronize software and hardware in order to facilitate clients’ teleconferences with other global offices. Travelling to Client sites, most of which are leading, global IT companies.Summary of main duties:• Installation of Cisco/Polycom/Tandberg Telepresence Systems• Installation and de-installation of Video conferencing/Audio Visual hardware• Configuration of endpoints and Audio Hardware• Installation of software upgrades• Completion of Post Installation Assessments• Performing on site User Acceptance testing and providing end user training.

Summary of main duties:• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Summary of main duties:• Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new waste disposal schemes• Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers• Assisting with the development of information and promotional materials• Consulting with residents, community groups, councilors, housing associations and traders about waste management issues, identify their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.• Dealing with enquiries and complaints from members of the public both in person and by phone or email
