I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2011. I have founded and run two successful fitness companies, Flahive's Advanced Strength Training and Flexx Personal Training, that offer different services and two separate models.I opened Flahive's in 2011 in a small 1000sf office space with used equipment. I had 1 client and zero employees. Over 12 years, we have scaled to work with 350 active clients with 8 full-time staff members in a 10,000sf gym.
