I am currently a Sophomore at Florida International Universits pursuing a major in the Communication Arts field, a certificate in professional and business writing, fluency in French, and a masters in Global Strategic Communications. I seek to achieve these credentials by 2022. Alongside my work I have done as a student at FIU, I have nine months of work experience at Panera Bread as a Customer Service Associate. I am also well versed in volunteering, amassing 363 total service hours as of his graduation from Highschool, including two missions trips, assisting the development of three elementary school theater productions, and serving at a non-for-profit dog rescue operation.I am is a steadfast worker, reflective of my ability to handle a copious workload with foresight and aptitude instead of stress and apathy. Teamwork is paramount to me and I view the success of the task at hand with much more value than individual esteem. Always willing and wanting to learn, I can take criticism and focus on the lessons of those teaching him.

  I played two roles at Panera Bread: Customer Service Associate and Delivery Driver. As a Customer Service Associate, I was given responsibility for both the front and back of house. In the front of house, the cafe portion, I ensured an amazing cafe experience for the customer; this entailed the sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of the floors, the busing of tables, the stocking of condiments and drinks, the organizing of the cafe layout, the cleaning of windows and doors, and most importantly, the solving of problems. In the back of house, I prepped various menu items, worked with the oven, sanitized the dishes, maintained a sterile atmosphere, and engaged in customer service in the form of answering calls and resolving conflicts.My duty as a delivery driver was to guarantee a customer would have their order delivered to them in no more than thirty minutes and in no more than perfect condition. By the amount of tips I received daily, I like to think I did a good job.
