Currently finished my level 2 NVQ now going onto doing my level 3 NVQ to progress my career- Working on reactive breakdowns (mechanical and electrical) - BG01 Qualified (guidance of safe operation on boilers)- PPMs (Planned preventative maintenance)- E1 and E2 (Electrical part 1 and part 2)- Boiler water treatment process and making sure the dosing is correct- work orders on a daily basis - Working on Projects to improve as a whole- mechanical and electrical maintenance of Laundry systems such as Press machines, tunnel washers, gas driers, Feeders/Folders and industrial Ironers.- Maintaining other plant equipment such as water softeners, blowdown vessel, chemical pumps and air compressors.- Working on the process of recycled water systems within the factory

I am currently learning on the job training reacting to breakdowns and dealing with them as quickly as efficiently as possibleWhen working of a night time I am working through a bunch of different planned maintenance and Work orders to keep the building and all of the machines and lines maintained by doing all sorts of work to ensure that everything is in good condition.Still working towards my level 2 qualification then I plan to do my level 3 qualification to better myself and to further my career

I was working as Trainee Engineer that was working on an assembly line in the CNC department. I started in the assembly side of the company which includes learning how to quality check tooling made by the other departments from drawings and blueprints detailing the precision measurements, wiring up and soldering the PCB counters onto the tooling and assembling the tooling for final quality checks. Currently I moved onto the CNC department working as part of team operating a CNC machine and manual milling. Trained also to do Blackening, Hand Finishing and Engraving as part of my tasks. Love to learn new things and new skills to carry with me
