Aviation, with its complexity and constant innovation, has been the perfect environment to pursue this passion. It connects people, cultures, and ideas while pushing the boundaries of technology and demanding excellence.At Airbus, I worked as an engineer, shop-floor contributor, project manager, and employee resource group leader. These roles gave me a unique perspective on how diverse parts of a business come together to deliver results. They also helped me build a broad network across the company and gain insight into the skills and collaboration required to create value for stakeholders.For me, great leadership is about service. I believe the measure of a leader lies in how well they support and empower others to succeed. My goal is to create value for stakeholders at every level: fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and delivering solutions that make a meaningful impact.Now, as a 2Y MBA student at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, I’m expanding my commercial acumen and strategic capabilities to prepare for a strategy role after graduation.
