Program Manager
Current• Manage operating site field operations and communication among six operating sites, including scheduling and leading regular video calls and in-person meetings• Report regulatory and contractual guidance to sites, including training and technical assistance• Develop and streamline program policy and procedure manuals and documents• Work with NHC Program Director and evaluation team to conduct equity impact assessments and co-manage oversight of NHC Public Health Corps operating site evaluation data collection activities including performance measures and client surveys• Support the oversight and monitoring of the progress of NHC staff and members on implementation of the program’s strategic and action plan, with a focus on addressing structural oppression • Facilitate monthly network meetings, monthly member training days, and member subcommittee planning meetings
