• Lead the month end close process for multiple entities, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Intercompany reconciliations, recognition of margin and inventory values, data integrity checks, monthly accruals and report generation.• Work to ensure awareness of how actions taken by internal stakeholders impact compliance with banking covenants. Generate quarterly compliance certificate report and share with internal and external stakeholders.• Overhaul accounting and financial reporting systems for multiple entities. Streamline chart of accounts for multiple entities, present simplified financial reports that are supported with monthly schedules.• Design and maintain a “Commitments List” which promotes awareness of recurring tasks/obligations. Ex: Payroll processing, scheduled payments on financing contracts, reporting deadlines, etc…

• Document retention, including but not limited to: remittances, vendor invoices and statements, expense reports and credit card statements.• All elements of A/P including approval process, coding, costing, entry, and payments.• Prepare and post monthly general ledger journal entries related to: payroll, depreciation, expense accrual, interest income and prepaid assets.• Monthly Management Reports: Cash flow basis income report, Accounts Receivable analysis and insurance expense analysis.• Perform monthly variance analysis of financial statements. Analyze general ledger accounts to understand the cause of variances.• Monthly bank reconciliations. Maintain schedules and spreadsheets related to various Balance Sheet accounts.
