Currently supporting the Adult Social Care and Public Health Services through undertaking financial reconciliations and transnational processing. I have to carry out monthly reconciliations between two financial systems, analyzing and investigating any variances. As well as populating weekly expenditure data into forecasting reports.

Working in a small team developed lots of skills such as decision making, organisation & time management to meet deadlines. Tasks included processing multi-currency payments, coordinating with vendors across the world, booking flights for all participants internationally and domestically and any other travel arrangements. This was part of my apprenticeship in AAT Level 2 so I also had to complete personal units in Safeguarding and Equality and diversity to meet the ACE Standards.

Working in the in-store Travel Money bureau, handling currency and building up good relationships with the customers. For the most part running the bureau on my own, so needed to be confident making decisions and giving great customer service without supervision. I also handled large amounts of data, so needed to carefully follow all the relevant policies and procedures.
