I designed, constructed, tested, and implemented a digital management structure to better handle the influx of volunteers. This has resulted in a 3,650% growth in our volunteer base from 40 individuals to more than 1500. • Served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for research projects investigating socioeconomic inequities in the Chicagoland refugee community, utilizing mixed methods approaches.• Led an eight-person team in conducting surveys, focus groups, literature reviews, and market analysis to explore refugee gender inequity and access to childcare as a means of improving socioeconomic conditions. These efforts resulted in a comprehensive white paper proposing the establishment of a pioneering refugee-centric childcare unit in the region.• Managed the design, deployment, and strategic response strategies for digital assets within the organization's communication portfolio, effectively combating sector misinformation. -
