These efforts resulted in a comprehensive white paper proposing the establishment of a pioneering refugee-centric childcare unit in the region.• Managed the design, deployment, and strategic response strategies for digital assets within the organization's communication portfolio, effectively combating sector misinformation.

Initiated and managed a total of 7,680+ Congressional Inquiries (CI) on behalf of our constituents. Tracked inquiry statues with corresponding agencies, provided timely written Senatorial follow up to the constituent and tracked yielded data from the inquiry process.Interfaced with senior-level officials in federal, state, and municipal levels of government for the expression of constituent concern and in a mutual search for a resolution. Performed administrative duties including fielding 750+ phone calls a week, filing cases, and data entry.Read and organized 300+ incoming correspondences per week. Drafted and edited 200+ weekly outgoing Senatorial correspondences in direct response to constituent and interagency inquires. Fielded outreach events for the Senator, or his Regional Director, to attend for fall 2015.Assisted in processing 1,800+ nomination applications for state-wide candidates seeking admission to Military/Service Academies.

A very hands-on instructional internship that introduced me to the inner workings of a U.S. Senate Constituent Services Office.I was assigned to caseworkers on a floating rotation to ensure I gained a well rounded prospective about governmental agencies, common problems, and effective resolutions. I drafted letters, edited correspondences, answered the telephone, sorted mail, and assisted in the service academy nomination process (sorting applications, compiling student profiles, assembling review board binders, etc.)

Worked via the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) to assist students and faculty in providing distance-based instruction for "The Legislative Process" -- a graduate-level elective course.

Researched and wrote grant proposals for youth, homeless, domestic violence, refugee resettlement, and employment programs for the Central Florida refugee community.Interfaced with funders and municipal stakeholders for the assessment, development, and implementation of mutual aid programming.Analyzed the organization’s budget and reported to stakeholders (including grantors, corporate sponsors, major donors, and the Board of Trustees) to ensure regulatory compliance for all liquid funds.Successfully received grant funding and in-kind gifts for the organization totaling $20,000 in value to establish an technology lab at the center.
