• Worked as Quality Engineer for a contract injection molding and assembly manufacturer to provide medical devices to customers complying with ISO 13485 standards • Creatively dispositioned contained manufactured parts by analyzing risk and compliance requirements while weighing financial risk by utilizing statistical analysis• Served as a primary customer liaison collaborating to problem solve current issues and drive continuous improvement efforts to our onsite assembly process. • Communicated with sub tier suppliers to eliminate raw material supply chain issues and address any component defects up to and including traveling for supplier visits. • Lead validation efforts for new injection molding tools and equipment following the IQ OQ PQ process to alleviate production risk • Rigorously documented all changes and events within the SAP management software to ensure transparency during any FDA, ISO 13485, or customer audits.

Uw-Madison

Collaborated with faculty and other students as a tight knit team of only 9 members. Together we designed a novel idea of motion capture with the use of bone fixtures and CAD modeling to better understand knee ligament stresses during total knee replacement. I also helped prepare facilities in the new lab location on campus to work with a multi axis robot to preform stress stimulations on varying experimental alterations to knee ligaments.
