Connor McBrian is an accomplished underwater archaeologist and commercial diver, with a passion for uncovering the secrets of the deep. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Maritime Archaeology from Flinders University (2023) and a Bachelor's degree in History from Iowa State (2013), Connor has dedicated his career to exploring the underwater world and preserving maritime heritage.Currently employed by Cosmos Archaeology Pty Ltd since October 2018, Connor possesses extensive experience in underwater and terrestrial excavations, site recording, GIS, artefact conservation, as well as preparing comprehensive heritage reports and impact assessments. With a global perspective, Connor has worked on archaeological projects across diverse locations including the USA, Australia, Vietnam, Barbados, and Bermuda.Driven by a deep sense of curiosity and a desire to unravel the mysteries of our maritime past, Connor combines his expertise in diving and archaeological techniques to shed light on forgotten stories hidden beneath the waves. His work not only contributes to the field of underwater archaeology but also plays a crucial role in safeguarding our cultural heritage for future generations.
