• Acted as an Active Duty Executive Officer at headquarters and logistical company assigned to handle logistical and training management, budget allocation, morale, health, and general welfare of 150+ soldiers, and supply accountability.• Cooperated with multinational, US Naval, and US Air Force organizations to formulate, supply, and foster a diverse range of trainings through Army programs with the goal to persistently strengthen leaders to achieve personal and career milestones; coordinated with South Korean, US Naval, and US Air Force units to conduct two combined training exercises while in South Korea; considered host nations laws/limitations; combined air and ground movement as well as maneuver, operational planning, communication with partnered forces outside of the US Army and the host nation; received real time reports from multiple agencies. • Enforced maintenance, serviceability, and accountability of $70M+ worth of Army equipment and combat vehicles.• Fulfilled 20 auditable supplementary duties for the organization by delegation for subordinate leaders.• Managed transportation operations and preliminary logistics for 70 vehicles to South Korea; stationed to provide critical support to the Korean Rotational Force.

• Headed and qualified Active Duty Infantry Platoon in real world missions, field environments, and garrison by implementing company-level operations and training exercises.• Mobilized and built a 40-Soldier platoon at a personal and professional level, strengthened for deployment in the full range of operations, such as supporting decisive action and unified land operations, alongside being responsible for $13M worth of equipment and vehicles.• Completed a range of auxiliary duties to enhance organization, boosting esprit de corps while cultivating a constructive work environment; fostered an environment to support leadership, the organization, and promoted self-accountability. • Deployed to offer key assistance in Operation Enduring Freedom (Spartan Shield)
