A collaborative and creative international development specialist with diverse experience in philanthropy, non-profit leadership, branding, program management and community building. Connor continues her career in the international development space through involvement with Partners in Health, Haiti Development Institute, BNID, NEID Global and The Nature Conservancy. She utilizes the power of storytelling to showcase the efforts of incredible stakeholders and local leaders who are making a measurable difference in the world. Connor pursues her interests conserving biodiversity and safeguarding nature at the intersection of climate justice, indigenous livelihoods, gender equity and locally led systems change. Connor led the re-branding of NEID Global from an in-person, locally based entity into a hybrid, national organization with 400 philanthropic members across 27 states. She has co-developed over 320 learning programs for philanthropists, foundations, corporate partners, NGO's and scientists from intimate 20 person settings to online conferences of 365 attendees and 96 speakers. Notable speakers include Amanda Gorman, Dr. Rajiv Shah, Malala, Samantha Power, Angélique Kidjo, Ibram X. Kendi and Degan Ali. Her responsibilities have included the cultivation and stewardship of over 300 donor accounts, event marketing and implementation, project management and fundraising communications. Currently serves on the Board of Boston Network for International Development. Received BA and MS degrees centered around social justice, international affairs, and the promotion of human rights. Connor has authored and published two academic papers on human trafficking and immigration.
