Team Administrator, Youth National Teams
Current- Collaborate closely with the head coach to assess and fulfill all logistical and operational needs for team travel and camp operations.- Strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of player and staff travel, including airfares, accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and visa requirements.- Oversee and manage the team's daily schedule, ensuring seamless operations both from a strategic planning perspective and in day-to-day execution.- Serve as the primary liaison with training sites, ensuring all necessary details are communicated, and locations are prepared for daily training sessions.- Lead the onboarding process for all team network staff, including background checks, SafeSport certification, payroll management, and other essential documentation.- Proactively address and resolve any operational or administrative issues during travel or camp, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all players and staff.- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key vendors (hotels, training facilities, airlines, transportation companies) to ensure smooth operations during travel and events.- Contribute to effective budget management by processing invoices, handling staff and player reimbursements, and meticulously tracking team and camp expenses across various categories (operations, travel, game/event costs).- Manage the player release process, coordinating with club teams to secure player availability and reporting to USSF coaching staff.- Ensure the accurate and timely updating of Teamworks, maintaining system access for players and staff, and managing up-to-date contact information for players, parents, and clubs.
