As an Individual Sales Tour Consultant at EF Go Ahead Tours, it was my responsibility to maintain and grow a large pipeline of existing and prospective clients in the Travel Industry. Making over 50 sales calls per day, it was essential to foster and maintain authentic relationships with my clients to build trust and encourage loyalty to the brand. It was important to actively listen to each of my clients unique preferences, while tracking all client data in our customized CRM (Salesforce) system. Other responsibilities included tracking key account metrics, interviewing potential junior staff hires, and representing the brand at travel shows and conventions.

With The Loop Agency, I joined on as a Team Lead and Brand Ambassador for a variety of summer events and marketing activations. I worked directly with representatives of major brands such as Hoegaarden Brewery, adidas, and 48N, while managing all activation staff on location. It was my responsibility to arrive on site early to coordinate setup, represent the brand to the public in a approachable and friendly manner, and write detailed post-activation reports.

As Development Coordinator with MLSE Foundation (MLSEF), I manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities essential to the success of the organization. I am the lead on all in-arena and in-event auctions and fundraising activities, raising over $400,000 across multiple campaigns in my first year. In preparation for MLSEF's premium event auctions, I manage relationships with each of MLSE's teams and external partners to coordinate and execute unforgettable donor experiences for our guests. Other key responsibilities include donor experience hosting, coordination of social media and in-arena advertising, and ticket and player signed inventory management.

As the Community Development & Events intern at MLSE Foundation (MLSEF), I provided exceptional support to both the Fundraising & Events and Community Development teams. Throughout my internship, I was trusted to take on leadership roles with some of MLSE Foundation's largest summer events. I acted as Volunteer Coordinator for MLSEF's signature summer fundraising event, MLSE Team Up Challenge, recruiting and managing over 50 volunteers. Later, I would take on the role of Logistics Coordinator for MLSEF's KickStart community soccer program launch, securing locations, vendors, and programming to service over 200 youth and the entire Toronto FC roster. Other tasks included collecting and organizing social content leads for our PR team, executing external donation asks for event silent auctions, and managing in-arena fundraisers during Toronto FC home games. Immediately following my internship, I was hired on full-time by MLSE Foundation.
