Phoenix Development Group is a not for profit organisation looking at decreasing the unemployment rate of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other social groups that fall under societies most vulnerable such as; people with disabilities, youth disengaging from schooling, long term unemployment, new immigrants and migrants and others who have barriers to employment and training. Our vision is to supply local charities with access to fresh, nutritional food while providing hands-on personal training and work experience.Through our holistic educational training program we offer a practical working warehouse that trains students to be job-ready, with new confidence, self-esteem and an eagerness to re-enter the workforce
