Hi, I am a driven and motivated individual currently working full-time and taking a short break from studying a Bachelor of Business (Tourism, Event and Hospitality Management) at UniSA. I was born and raised in Keith, a small town in the Limestone Coast Region of South Australia.I have worked in various customer service and hospitality roles, and have gained the experience and knowledge needed to be successful in these fields. I was involved in the administration of events such as the Tatiara 2022 SA Masters Games, which saw thousands flock to the Tatiara region. I have the skills and abilities to work in fast-paced environments that require initiative, teamwork, communication and time-management capabilities. This is evident by my previous employment as Customer Service Officer Trainee for the Tatiara District Council, and as a Food and Beverage Attendant, working at the continually evolving Morphettville Racecourse.This has seen me transition into full-time work, starting as an Administrative Assistant at LGA South Australia, where I provided high-level support, before moving into my current role in the Emergency Support team.In my spare time, I love playing hockey, reading a good book, or delving into the latest binge-worthy tv show! I love spending time outdoors, which has really helped nurture my interest in the travel industry!Upon or near the completion of my degree, I endeavour to work in the travel and tourism industry, in an occupation that gives me the opportunity to do something I love - travel!
