In my sophomore year of high school, I joined the Ogden High School marching band. The experience has been amazing; through it I became a veteran member, and I learned that I have a passion for leading and teaching people around me. I developed vital skills of advocating for students, leadership, and persistence through long practices.Since then I have become an academic support intern at Mount Ogden Junior High School, specializing in individual instruction and interactive learning, small group facilitation, and full class instruction. I learned realistic lesson planning skills, organization, time management, and patience.I have a passion for math and worked with Secondary Math 1 students, and I have Career and Technical Education certification in exploring computer science, manufacturing technology, and architectural design, making me very flexible and giving me a large initiative.
