I am currently a senior at the University of Montevallo with plans to graduate in May of 2024 with a bachelor's degree in marketing with a concentration in sales management.In my role as the secretary at Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Alabaster, I effectively oversaw various administrative responsibilities, which included tasks such as scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our classes and boosting client engagement. During my tenure at the organization, I consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving while efficiently managing student inquiries and overseeing facility operations. My ability to collaborate seamlessly with my team members ensured the smooth operation of the center.Furthermore, as the head lifeguard at Brierfield Ironworks State Park, I maintained a high level of professionalism while supervising the pool area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the public. My effective collaboration with fellow lifeguards, management, and other staff members facilitated open communication and fostered a positive working atmosphere.In my capacity as the social media manager for The Dive Bar in Montevallo, I took charge of developing and implementing social media strategies aimed at enhancing the bar's online presence and attracting new clientele. Within just three days, I successfully increased the bar's Instagram following by 200 followers. Furthermore, I actively engaged with patrons to enhance their overall experience and promptly addressed any concerns they had.I am willing and eager to learn more in a role as an intern with hopes to bring value to a company all while growing and expanding my knowledge in the business field.
