With the Uniti Group rapidly growing over 5 years since being publically listed, alongside aquistions of other ISP's, I have been a part of a small team that has grown and developed who covers various internet technology types across Australia.Due to many variables being involved for an internet connection to work I have developed into being able to troubleshoot effectively network infrastructure and provide a high level of customer service by simplying the technical jargon.

During my time at Telstra I firstly was involved in the sales and customer service side of mobile and internet services on a face-to-face level. Due to my interest in technology, I developed into being able to handle the troubleshooting of various devices including PC's and also became a Google Ambassador at the launch of the Google Pixel.With the NBN becoming the new internet technology across Australia during my time at Telstra, I assisted in leading the transitions from the customers existing internet service to the new NBN infrastructure within the stores that I worked in.
