The main aspects of my job role was to keep all of Hinc/Howards/Forge websites updated at least once per week with new content. This could be a blog based around one of our products or a tutorial depending on the products, which varied from building supplies, to property through to trading card games. Another part of my role was creating and designing a website, during my time with Hinc, I had been tasked with designing and then building a website using Wordpress which was intended to be used as a directory for Darlington.During my training sessions with ITEC North East (Training provider) I have learned the basics of building HTML Websites.

My duties at Advanced Handling were keeping the company websites up to date with new content and blogs, creating email campaigns to send to existing customers, creating data sheets which recorded everything from phone calls coming in, to jobs won/lost, to how much each consultant brought in each day/week/month/quarter. I was also able to create quotations for customers and later chase them up and see if they were still interested. A large part of the role was to answer phone calls and give great customer service.

While working with Learning Curve Group my main duties were to envelope learners certificates and place them in the mail room, prepare learners work to be scanned and then scan it into the system.

During my time with Lloyds Ltd I answered the telephone and put customers through to the correct sales person, helped mail out invoices, made sure incoming mail was given to the right person and helped redesign customer feedback sheets.After my 5 weeks were finished I recieved a letter of recommendation from the branch manager

While working in the warehouse of the British Heart Foundation my main role was working as a team to rotate stock from the storage area to the shop floor. Unloading and reloading the delivery van and taking customers furniture to their vehicle.
