In this position I was required to be quick on my feet because I was tasked with serving twenty to thirty people simultaneously for my entire shift. Through this job I have developed skills in customer service/satisfaction, Teamwork, and time management. Mainly this job has taught me how to de-escalate situations when it is needed and how to make the customers’ experiences more fruitful.

Through this job I was tasked with a multitude of things I had to do daily ranging but not limited to, in store services, Wearhouse management/organization, receiving inventory, and piecing together main products to be displayed on the show floor. This position was an excellent experience for me because it served as my real introduction into major problem solving and adaptation to accomplish critical work and customer satisfaction.

Through my employment at Fastenal, I was tasked with overall store services. My main tasks included in-store services, inventory management, store phone calls, deliveries to major companies in our area, and receiving inventory. This job challenged me every day because although the work was relatively the same, each day had different things that needed to be accomplished causing me to never know what the day could hold.
