Gateway Mortgage represents a change in my career from being a 3rd Party Recruiter to a Corporate Recruiter.While at Gateway, I was responsible for the recruitment of Branch Managers, Loan Officers and Operational Support staff for the organization in a 14 state region.During my tenure there, I helped the company open nearly 20 new branch locations.
