A product marketing manager is the market catalyst for a diamond team, providing guiding views on key problems, competitors, and differentiators grounded in data.

Led business initiatives to increase customer engagement, product renewals, and lifetime value of IBM Security customers. Worked cross-functionally across the business unit to align customer engagement strategy. Designs and drives creative projects that form a holistic and complete customer journey.

Positioned full suite of products and services to target developer communities and utilized market research, competitive analysis, customer engagements, and business planning to support IBM Security's overall marketing strategy.

Helped in the "concept to creation" phase of a startup and worked to build out a business plan that was presented to investors for funding. Operated out of the FUEL program at Endicott College. Designed drink recipes and assisted in the creation of prototypes as mixology consultant.
