Worked together with a team of 4 MBA graduate students to improve the finished goods inventory accuracy at ICM Controls. The project was tied in with a Lean/6 Sigma Management course at Syracuse University and counted towards experiential credit. A lasting takeaway of the program was getting real world experience at implementing Lean Management principles.

The Academic Excellence Workshop Program is devoted to helping students master course material that is fundamental for their course of study. My role as a facilitator was to lead a small group of students through a workshop that covered relevant, challenging course material.

I was involved in the initial set-up of Dr. Jesse Bond's lab at Syracuse University. Dr. Bond's research at the time was in biofuels with the main goal being to find a way to synthesize fuel from local foliage. Duties included making solutions for calibrations, analyzing gas chromatograph data, constructing lab equipment, and creating group presentations.
