My current responsibilities include full-deck commercial appraisal report writing, inspection of client-owned commercial real estate and business assets, financial modeling, comparable data research, and neighborhood and regional market analysis. This data is organized into a full report with supportive property-type market analysis to meet client deadlines. Property types include all industrial types, retail shopping centers, multi-tenant office properties, net-leased assets and vacant land properties.

My time working with rokrbox was extremely helpful in strengthening my client relationship skills all while providing the excitement of working within a young, successful start-up environment. Within my ten months, I prospected thousands of potential real estate leads for agencies around the nation to deliver serious buyers and sellers of real estate with qualified and highly motivated local agents. In September of 2016, I earned the promotion to Senior Client Care Representative assuming the responsibility to lead shifts, prioritize daily task goals and mentor new employees while retaining my regular prospecting responsibilities. Collectively, a few of my college peers (roughly 16) and I successfully increased the quality and quantity of leads received in real estate markets from Los Angeles to New York. Beginning in November our workforce was broken into three squads as Rokrbox explored options to effectively scale our model, growing from 42 to 80 clients in only six months. Following this necessity, I pursued a position as one of three Senior Squad Captains earning the opportunity to manage 24 real estate agencies lead generation service and utilize 10 employees directly beneath me. This was a truly a baptism by fire, earning two promotions among some peers who possessed more company experience at the time. It was an absolute pleasure coming to work everyday during my time with rokrbox and the culture that persisted there. I used my knowledge and skills gained to pursue graduate school starting Fall '17.

My work at Worth Residential has been a huge step in my desired career path. Among general employee responsibilities some that are unique to Worth would be producing quality leads interested in leasing or buying an apartment or house. Acting as a prospects real estate agent, I personally carried out the leasing process including both home and apartment showings, document signing, and overall real estate and leasing advisement. When not in leasing season my responsibilities turn more towards record keeping and marketing to prepare for the next leasing cycle while also keeping in touch with current tenants needs.
