Whether it be peoples wants and needs or peoples functions and skills. I help businesses fill and manage their most important assets, people. I help businesses find the skilled and dedicated employees that will bring them to new heights and I also make sure these employees feel challenged, rewarded, and supported in the work they do. In many ways I help maintain the employees to reduce burn out and turn over so that businesses can flourish along with their employees.I am currently finishing my bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and am currently pursuing positions to start my human resources career.My skills include financial reporting, marketing, inventory management, team building, interpersonal Communication, Microsoft office, and job analysis.
