CustomerDB is a UX Research platform that directly shares the voice of the customer with the entire product development team.

High performance (low-latency, high throughput) container workloads including virtualized network functions. Led software architecture for hardware-accelerated ML compute scheduling systems. Hardware profiling tools. Designed, built and maintained performance subsystems in Kubernetes upstream, member of sig-node, wg-resource-management, and co-chair of wg-machine-learning.

Building the datacenter operating system with Apache Mesos. An early member of the engineering staff, I worked on cluster scheduling software, from R&D to debugging in production onsite. Led development of Marathon, a popular Mesos framework. Led design and implementation of the package repository and installer for DCOS. Engaged tech partners to improve networking, online oversubscription policies, and GPGPU support. Heavily involved in hiring the early team, meeting with customers, filing patents and speaking at conferences.

Built infra for apps based on architectural CAD drawings to power Gensler's occupancy and portfolio consulting practices. Distributed architecture, APIs, data, and geometry. Introduced the Scala programming language to our team and on-boarded engineers. Improved development processes.
