As a Talent Development Trainer I was responsible for the education and development of customer service agents at the credit union. This education included savings strategies, use of electronic banking products, and banking computer systems. In addition to the technical training, extensive focus on customer service and sales skills was incorporated into face to face training.When not training new employees I worked with team members to develop and refine classroom content to help meet stakeholders goals. Use of data and assessments were also integrated to measure progress and success.
