A knowledge of the exact detail of the bracelet and case appearance, when new, so that the restoration is authentic to the manufacturers’ standards. Having an eye for detail and precision in carrying out the work (to the nearest millimetre) Working within health and safety considerations to use hazardous liquids and ultrasonic tanks to clean the cases and bracelets. Reassembling the case and bracelets. An ability to justify and communicate decisions made about the approach and finish to the quality control manager (and, on occasion, customers) if questioned.Flexibility, good work ethics and a willingness to learn.
