My typical day often includes something from every stage of the product development cycle. • Research. Conduct customer research via data analysis, heatmaps, surveys, interviews, etc. to understand customer pain points and needs as well as company research to synthesize strengths and weaknesses.• Strategy: Work with stakeholders to distill products and ideas into digital strategy, messaging, and positioning. • Design. Construct user flows, wireframes, and mockups for mobile apps and websites using Figma and Webflow.• Development. Incorporate early user and stakeholder feedback into full website development via no-code solutions (Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify, Bigcommerce, etc.). Projects include everything from multi-member directories and brochure websites to eCommerce stores and beyond.• Iteration. Monitor user data, solicit feedback, improve platform with insights, repeat.

Built Frontline Wine with my brother during COVID-19 to show thanks to healthcare workers by giving them bottles of wine. -Obtained $200,000+ in donations within 6 months.-Gave away 10,000+ bottles of wines to thousands of doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers across 12 states-Co-created entire nonprofit (formation, messaging, web design and development, ops, and volunteer management, etc.) in 2 weeks.

The Middlebury Production Advisory Group employs over two dozen student technicians to design and operate technical components of events hosted throughout the Middlebury Campus. As one of two managers, I:• Oversaw the onboarding of new technicians, conducted trainings throughout the year, and assisted in the scheduling of staff. • Coordinated dozens of professional and amateur concerts• Designed audio and lighting for performances and other events.

As the Mahaney Center's first marketing specialist, I was tasked with overhauling marketing strategy for college students to increase event attendance and brand engagement. To do so, I: • Conducted research through surveys, focus groups, interviews, Google/Facebook analytics, etc. and synthesized findings for distribution. • Designed and implemented new strategies such as informal pop-up performances, social media campaigns, and community incentive programs. •Managed social media branding and marketing efforts with an emphasis on video creation and copywriting that resulted in an engagement increase of more than 5x across platforms.
