I am currently working as a Assistant Client Advisor or for Bexley Business & Employment, a government funded office dedicated to help and support those who are struggling to get back into work. I work on the Restart contract, as the In Work Support Advisor. I manage a caseload of around 100 people at a time and support them with their in work needs. This can include looking for new work, support once they are in employment, training options to progress their career or general wellbeing needs. I also look after our clients that go into self employment, where a part of my job is to gather evidence of proof of earnings and keep various data collections up to date. As well manage realistic expectations whilst providing a good customer service and client journey. I'm used to complying with GDPR, and viewing sensitive files and archiving across multiple in house systems. .

As a support administrator I worked on the Admin team and would support the client advisors from the other teams across different contracts. I was responsible for the bulk of data entry that came from those teams and handling it professionally. Due to the work with confidential information, it was important that the data entry complied with government GDPR guidelines and was updated regularly. I also was responsible for being on a front of house desk and welcoming and guiding our participants around the building as well as making sure that they are seeing the right people. Other duties included petty cash handling, diary sheduling, postal duties and other administrative duties.

As Assistant manager of Game, I would often run the store from opening up until close of shop serving as the sole manager on site throughout the day, managing a team of other people. My duties included: the opening and closing of the shop, daily and weekly banking, the scheduling of the rota for the rest of the team, Stock and inventory control including faulty and recalled stock. The returns to head office, customer satisfaction and handling of complaints, staff training as well as team building, and keeping a high morale. As the Stockroom Controller, I was responsible for the management and inventory control of all stock and inventory levels across both our head office, and our central London shop. The latter of which would get replenished daily with the previous days sold items. I would make sure that the shop replenishments where completed and adjusted on the system. from 2017-2020 I worked as an administration clerk in the Overland department for Allport. During my time there I had a dedicated caseload of clients who I managed and looked after. I was responsible for the import of goods from source to our respective clients warehouses in the UK. This usually included liaising with suppliers from different parts of Europe and the Middle East as well as other freight and logistics companies or warehouses who would be part of the supply chain to ensure things ran as smoothly as possible and the goods arrived on time. Part of this was making sure that both clients and all the customs documents for the cargo where both kept up to date with any information changes every step of the journey. I would also help out with other people's caseloads as often we would collaborate and consolidate our shipments if they were likely to interact with each other or be in the similar place simultaneously.

I started out working for vimto as a telesales operative. My duties including calling our pre existing customers on a bi weekly rotation and taking their inventory orders for from them. I would also log any faults that they had with their machines and schedule one of our engineers to go out and help service/ set up/fix one of their machines.
