As a small cog in BT's massive machine, I approach different experiences with pride and professionalism whilst maintaining the BT ethos - keeping it simple, being personal, and striving of brilliance.As of March 2022, I transitioned to the Technical Delivery Professional role within the BT Networks environment managing UK Wholesale Optical products end-to-end. I am responsible for working to client expectations and liaising with other departments within the BT Group as well as our vendors. Prior to this, I was an Openreach Network Engineer with an established career and proven track record, with additional BT Group accreditations to back. During this period of my working life, no two days were the same; you could be repairing an elderly customers' copper lifeline one minute then installing a revolutionary FTTP line to a rural school the next.
