As the instructor of the New Braunfels branch of Academy of Western Martial Arts, I train students in physical preparation, drills, and free sparring to use a variety of training weapons - including swords in one or two hands, sticks, and more.

I was a freelance videographer that recorded live mixed martial arts (MMA) events for local promoters, shot several music videos, short films, and commercials in the area between San Antonio and Austin. During these shoots, I brought my own gear and borrowed what I needed, drove to and from the locations, and worked with other independent media producers, as well as local production companies.

I write articles covering popular television series.

Over the near-four years I worked in the Emerging Media and Marketing Department, I was always where I needed to be and doing more than expected. I experienced different equipment set-ups, shooting scenarios, and clients. On the back end, I would catalogue the photos taken, building an archive for future employees to grow and use.

As a member of the Technical Staff, I can be expected to set the stages and areas for any number of presentations, perform as a lighting or sound technician, and manage the house. Presentations can range from musical performances, panel discussions, recitals, and lectures. Each come with their own pre-show set ups and post show strikes, technical run throughs to set light and sound levels, and house management duties.

As a media producer for IBS Advisors, LLC, I helped shoot and edit videos that went towards online learning for the Building Science Industry. This position then shifted into The Dillon Group, Inc., where I now maintain the online education website and assist clients with their continuing educational needs.

As a cashier at HEB, I provide helpful and quick service with customers. While at the register, I completed their order in a timely manner, at the same time interacting in a variety of manners to enhance their experience. If I was not working at a register, I helped other cashiers complete their orders while maintaining the line of communication between the customer and myself.

As the Staging & Rigging Crew head, I was expected to lead fellow Dramatic Media students in the construction and staging of theatre sets, the rigging of lights and various overhead pieces, as well as teaching students proper approaches to all of these activities. In addition to these duties, I met weekly with other members of the production team, including the director, tech director, and other crew heads. Undercard Superstar is a website that provides unorthodox commentary on the state of mixed martial arts and other combat sports. We'd provide preview pieces breaking down each fight, write our personal responses to different events, and do as much as possible to keep an open and humorous atmosphere. While there, we had a contract for two financial quarters with Alienware through iGames, which gave us direct access to some of the larger names in MMA. Additionally, I was personally responsible for the weekly-running Undercard Supercast; a podcast that brought our knowledge, know-how, and humorous atmosphere to life. I also worked alongside a group of writers from a variety of backgrounds, including Canadians, and French, Jewish and agnostics, which has increased my understanding of these different cultures. Underneath its entertaining and witty shell, Undercard Superstar was a multicultural group of writers doing what they loved to do: writing about combat sports.

Ensuring the departments I was assigned to were neat and orderly, each customer's needs were met and satisfied, and to go above and beyond to keep the customer happy.
