After receiving an undergraduate service grant from Duke University to work in Guatemala, I worked on a team to help provide well-being products to families in rural parts of the country. My team also worked as consultants by analyzing the company’s communication systems and presented our recommendations of how to properly motivate and incentivize employees to the company's CEO and President.
