A year of fundraising consulting follows as organizations are guided through creating and implementing strategic development plans.Managed a partnership between IU faculty and staff and local Suncoast region nonprofits to offer virtualinternships for IU students funded through TPF.Surveyed and conversed with funders from the Suncoast to better understand their capacity-building efforts and help inform The Patterson Foundation’s offerings. Ten funders with a combined asset value of $1.2 billion participated in the interviews. Once the interviews were completed, a report of key findings was crafted and shared locally and beyond. Working collaboratively with the Community Foundation of Sarasota County CEO Roxie Jerde, bolstered the efforts of The Giving Partner and the Giving Challenge by convening listening sessions with foundation CEOs across the country who also host giving platforms andgiving days.As project manager for Suncoast Remake Learning Days, a ten-day festival of free, hands-on learning events for children and families, I created and facilitated online learning labs centered on marketing, audience building, and social media for 160+ participating partner organizations. In addition to guiding event hosts, I worked with The Patterson Foundation’s legal team to craft Memorandums of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreements for each of the 160+ events during the festival.Furthermore, I curated the back-end website to track events and information. This ten-day festival boasted over 10,000 participants. Show less
