I am a deeply driven software engineer with a passion for state-of-the-art aerospace technology. I also have a natural leadership ability with demonstrated experience managing engineering projects. These qualities lead me to The Boeing Company where I work as Software Engineer and serve as Scrum Master for an agile development team within their advanced research, development, and rapid prototyping division called Phantom Works.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University with a concentration in embedded systems and software. My undergraduate experience is highlighted by my capstone project where I led the development of a high-altitude balloon payload that carried experiments for a statewide atmospheric research project hosted by NASA’s Louisiana Space Grant Consortium. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management at Washington University in St. Louis to further develop my ability to manage and lead engineering teams. Prior to my current role and the completion of my bachelor’s degree, I acquired practical experience in multiple technical fields aside from software engineering. During the summer of 2022, I held a corporate internship in the Management Information Systems department of Fortune 500 poultry producer, Sanderson Farms, Inc. In the spring of 2023, I worked part-time as an electrical engineering design intern with a Ampirical Soultions, LLC, a firm specializing in transmission and distribution projects.
