Perform compliance and best practices checks at client’s locations to verify that the align with the standards set forth by the company. Perform checks and monthly tests on the backups of all clients assigned to me using Shadow protect, CA D2D and Replibit. Perform penetration testing and network surveys with the rapid-fire tool suite as one method of verifing that companies are following HIPPA and PCI compliance standards. Use ConnectWise manage ticketing systems and Connectwise Control for computer monitoring and to create reports to assist in decision making for clients. I work with the VCIO directly to help guide business planning on the IT decisions for our clients based on the technical aspects of the reviews and standards checked. Assist the support department as much as possible to ensure that our team is as productive as possible, while working a on call schedule and performing afterhours work and projects.
