Prepared root-cause analysis for identified operational inefficiencies and presented possible solutions to the Chief Operating Officer on a monthly basis with the goal to reduce overhead expenses.Performed monthly financial statement analytics by comparing monthly actuals to forecast, plan, and prior periods. Investigated any unexpected variances and provided explanations for such variances within the monthly CFO financial statement review.
